All officers/board members prioritize the association’s welfare over personal or professional gain. Conflicts of interest are prohibited, and they maintain integrity in all dealings. Individual decisions are to be avoided unless necessary due to an urgent situation.

It is a pleasure to introduce you to RCEHAI’s new website. This product of digitalization is the embodiment our working team’s desires for our community: A place to welcome all homeowners and make them feel valued.

The digital features allow for easier navigation of our many programs and projects, and administrative functions. Our vision, mission, and guiding principles weave through each element of various functions making them into one coherent body of work, fostering camaraderie, cooperation, mutual respect, and transparency.

Each working group’s time to serve RCEHAI is short but sweet. We hope that through this digital transformation we will be able to capture footprints left by each generation of leaders. More important, it shall be a repository of memories of how our community has grown through all these years.

We are a non-profit homeowners association in Royale Cebu Estate. It is our mission to attain elevated quality of life and preserve the sense of community by fostering a supportive and safe environment, ensuring financial stewardship through effective management of RCEHAl assets, just enforcement of covenants and laws, supporting initiatives that increase property values, and by being a good steward of God's creations.
