Is it possible to amend our House Rules on Swimming Pool/amenities use for homeowners? I suggest free use of swimming pool & badminton for homeowners on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays because we can still generate income on other days with homeowners & non-homeowners…. It’s still first come first serve basis… It’s a way for RCEHAI to give benefit to homeowners who are paying the dues on time. The association should be for the homeowners, for service and not for profit. Thank you 💚
Hi Yan, thank you for your suggestion regarding the swimming pool and badminton court access for homeowners. We appreciate your interest in enhancing the benefits for residents who pay their dues on time.
The Board and relevant committees are currently exploring ways to expand “free access” days for the amenities. Our HRR is also in the process of amendment. We understand the desire to prioritize homeowner benefits while also ensuring sufficient revenue to maintain and improve the facilities for everyone’s enjoyment.
